Our Privacy Policy

We at Tornado Machinery respect our customers and other visitors to our website, and understand that you are concerned about privacy. We have instituted policies intended to ensure that your personal information is always handled in a safe and secure manner.

We gather customer information in two ways:

• To improve the content on our site, we maintain site access logs that track users identified only by their Internet Service Provider's IP address only, for the purpose of determining what web pages and features on our site are being used by visitors and to detect when access errors occur (such as 404 Page Not Found errors). These logs are also used to identify security access breaches if they should occur.
• We collect general information about a customer when they use our contact form, including name, email address and telephone number. Such customer information is gathered for the sole purpose of expediting customer inquiries into our products and/or services, and is provided voluntarily by customers in response to our requests for information. We will not share this information with any business or organization without your permission.

Children's Privacy

Attention U.S. Customers: The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, which took effect on April 21, 2000, imposes certain requirements on websites directed toward children under 13 that collect information on those children, or on websites that know they are collecting information on children under the age of 13.

It is currently our policy not to collect information on anyone under the age of 18. This policy applies to residents of all nations and territories as well as U.S. residents.
